uncontested hearing..?

i received a notice of my finale uncontested divorce hearing..
im in orlando,fl .. my wife is in miami where the petition was made ...
do i have to be present for this ..

Yes, if you dont wish to lose it all in case the judge has any final questions. If all paperwork has been signed and this is only for judges signature then not really but is strongly advised to appear just in case. Could be costly if you dont.Good luck

yes...you need to show up..property, children...etc all are decided on
