I think I'd be wondering why he feels the need to shave these parts, does he have a phobia of hair on the body or is there a legitimate reason. If anything a hairy back, hair on/ in the ears or nose, is something that would be a little more understandable, the legs and arms seems a bit too much.

im a guy but from experience girls told me they like hairless arms and hair on the legs but no bushes on them... if you have hair atleast some where (legs) it shows maturity which is a good thing
