I could make you these cookies, without using your oven even! Or, you could make them, and pretend that I did!
NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Pet milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and oats and cook over medium heat. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.
Spoon out quickly onto wax paper or aluminum foil. Cookies will harden as they set.

2 1/2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, about 2 tspn of vanilla extract, about a tspn of baking powder, a splash of lemon extract, 2 stick of butter (or margerine), a dash of ginger, a dash of nutmeg, liberal amounts of cinnamon (to taste) and 2 eggs.
Mix until you get a thick, smooth, tastey dough. Then freeze for 11 minutes. Get a cookie sheet and lightly grease it with shortening or butter. Then, cover the grease with a light layer of flour and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the dough from the freezer and in the palm of your hands, roll it into small balls. place the balls on the cookie sheet in rows of 3 or 4 depending on ball size. Then place the sheet into the oven and bake for 10 -20 minutes, or until a golden color. It makes the hous smell great and makes your tummy happy...enjoy!
