pick a school that has a design program. if you can't design and nice living room you can never design a wedding.

I doubt that there is any university that offers a major in wedding planning, however several offer hospitality programs through their Hotel and Restaurant schools.

The three best Hotel and Restaurant schools are at Cornell University, Michigan State University and UNLV.
