Yes I do

I am currently on the Dell 9200 and I have no issues with the system, granted there are much better systems around but Dell gets the job done and are very easy to customise. I also own an alienware system that Dell no owns, and again I have now problems.

I must admit the worse thing about Dell is trying to find an English speaking technical help and software engineer that has a clue what they are doing.

No, and neither does a very respected writer for a web mag named lockergnome. The fact is, Dell support is horrible. They have become a bureaucracy and they are totally unresponsive to their user. They may have a good machine, but so do lots of other manufacturers. They simply abandon their users when the sale is made.

I like DELL, but somethings I hate are DELL as well. Like missing lpt port and other thing they try to charge you for that normally come on other systems cause they haven't been out mode.

Yes, but i am slightly bias coz the company i work for are partners with them.

They provide solid build, good value systems. Dont get tempted to buy any of the optional extras as this is how they makeup their money by over charging for extras.

no, service is horrible, especially if you have a password issue. many times hardware is dell specfic and difficult to replace. most of the equipment is not vista compatible and the techs are real unfamiliar with micorosoft updates...make mine toshiba thanks.
