Talk about the Three Stooges! Couldn't they get anyone else to appear?

But seriously, where were John Murtha, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Teddy Kennedy, Harry Reid, Dennis Kucinich and John Edwards?

I thought they were "taking the lead" on this issue.

I think that says it all on the protest in general. It sure looked like there were more people opposing the war protesters then protesters. These are not the sixties and this is not Vietnam. This country know that we want our soldiers home, but, they want the enemy defeated and we must fix Iraq before we leave.

definitely, no. The 60's were an excellent era for activism, yet after we were given out of Viet Nam, and Nixon resigned, there have been no genuine motives to get captivated with. How do you protest adverse to Ford or Carter? 2 effective adult adult males, a touch bland, yet no longer protest-inspiring.

John Kerry and Ted Kennedy were in Boston being good Irishmen.
Say what you want about them politically, but neither one will ever forget St. Patrick's Day

They are smart enough to know that it would be political suicide to support protests like that where people stand up and rant and rave about things that are simply not true. Some ot the speakers yesterday were barely coherent.

I don't know about the others, but can you really expect Ted Kennedy to stay away from the bars on St. Patricks Day? The man don't even need an excuse..........
