nope, it wont come out after a shower as long as you put it back in.

also, get a smaller ball. :)

You should never take out your piercing until it is fully healed and lips do not heal that quickly. I had my lip ring in for over a year and when I took it out for about four hours, it had closed up most of the way. Plus, even when it is healed, taking the ring in and out will only irritate it and make it more prone to infection.

As for the captive bead falling out, that shouldn't be happening at all. If it is the same ring you were pierced with, go back to the piercer and tell them what's wrong. If you changed the jewelery or the bead, get the original jewelery in there.

Don't take it out when you shower, I doubt it will close up in the little amount of time, but it isn't good to be taking a new piercing in and out. When I used to have my labret, is that what you have? Anyway, to get the ball on nice and tight I would press my right hand to screw it on and my left hand to hold the back in place, is that fails then press your tongue or teeth up against the back of it really hard and try to screw it on that way. Either way worked for me. Good luck!

it's a really bad idea to take it out at all, especially so soon after getting it done (unless your piercer is downsizing it). although it probably won't grow in, it will be more prone to infection and keloids. it's best to leave it alone as much as humanly possible, with the exception of cleaning and aftercare.
go to your piercer to tighten it for you, and then don't take it out anymore!!! if you keep taking it out, the ball won't stay secure.
