I'm a brown eyed, brown haired, kinda tanned skin gal myself. I use pinks, bright blues, bright greens and metallic colors. I don't know whether you have slight circles under your eyes, but if you do, definitely keep away from dark colors; they make you look like you've got a black eye--I oughta know. I've blown money on colors like that.

I have the same hair color and eye color and I look good in either brown eye shadows or like a sage green. Not bright green, but almost an earthy green. Earth tones will look really good on you.

A darker brown, but not like black. On top of it, use a shimmer. Make it look natural, not just guabed on. That could be for an evening look. For the day, just go lighter. If you use colours, just stick to the natural shades.

vibrant yellow, gold with gold glitter, neutral apricot, peach shimmer, medium brown, rose brown, peachy-rose with gold glitter, russet rose sheen, chocolate, cranberry, plum shimmer, and matte black. These are all shade of eyeshadow that come in a set of eyeshadows by Pop Makeup in a set called "eye class: brown" here's a link to Sephora.com where they have it for sale. As a makeup artist I've found these shades particularly nice for beauty makeup on people with dark eyes.

I have the same eye coulour, hair and skin tone as you. I use cream eyeshow that has shimmer in it, or light apricot with shimmer in it. but anythng that has bronze tone to it will look great or light pink with shimmer, make sure that anything you use has shimmer in it, it will look 10 X better. don't go for brown eyeshadow as you already have tan skin, it will make you look darker.

The newest fad includes yellow to open up the eye. Make sure to use a light pale yellow and only on the outer portion of the eye lid.. It really is pretty.

Anything with a golden tone would look good. Gold, coppery, metal colors. You would also look good in olive greens. I'd avoid browns unless they are shimmery. You have enough brown going on with your hair, eye, and skin color - it would just blend in.
