here's the scenario: male A impregnates female A, that fertilized egg is removed from female A. the egg is placed in female B to carry to term. Now does the child have any genetic connection to female B, seeing as female B's blood is probably throbbing in child's veins? if a maternity test were done, would it identify two mothers?

A pregnant woman's blood supply is separate from the baby's blood supply. The fetus makes its own blood.

Technically, the biological mother is the one that made the egg. The child has her chromosomes and cannot have another woman's chromosomes.
