Do you mean the car or your toe?
If you mean your toe then it isn't flat as a pancake as the car was in motion the amount of pressure on your toe would not have been constant but only fleeting so minimal damage would have occurred

You have been watching too many Bugs Bunny and Sylvester cartoons, where their feet always go flat. In the Real World, something as heavy as a car rolling over you literally crushes your bones, depending on how much weight is put on.

toes are tough and you should see a doctor. A broken toe may never bend in the future. It is not the end unless you are a dancer. You should be fine. I had a broken toe and I am fine. My toe will never bend, but not an end to life. Thankfully it is not worse. Your life is great!

If you seriously believe that it should look like a pancake you need to stop watching ( or stop believing) all those cartoons!

cuz it takes more force to flatten a bone. Think about it. It's like a rock and it's pretty hard to flatten a rock

Because it was a car. Not a steam roller.

I don't know. The same thing happened to my hand when I was a kid. I wasn't injured at all.

Resiliency. I had a forklift (which is heavier) run over my foot and it didn't flatten out, either.
