I know that the people with red or green mickey ears may be a Community Leader.

you get them when you make a character in vmk central at disneyland - or you can get them from trading on the game

Lol, You get Black mickey ears when you get your character at one of the Disney parks! In Disneyland, you go in Innoventions in Tomorrowland and go to one of their computers and create a character then you get black mickey ears and the Tiki room! you also get the 'Born in park' Badge, which i have!
Anyways, Community Leaders don't have red or green ears, only Staff like people that start with 'HOST' 'VMK' Or 'QA' have red or blue ears. :-)
