that our memory is fragmenting... us? I mean you can only recollect some details, not the whole event / story...

Yes, it does get quit depressing. I can't remember the happy times as much as the heart breaking times.

I think that this question is great! I have thought about this myself sometimes, and yes I think you can recollect major details not minor details.

Yes, I've always found that to be very strange. We sometimes remember things we have no desire to remember and can't remember jack about the good stuff. I work with Alzheimers patients and they can't remember so many things about themselves, that it's scary. I don't have Alzheimers, and at times I can't recall yesterday.

yah!! i dont trust my memory!! but its gud cause at least i remeber how i feel about people..*smiles* i may not remember their name or whut we talked about but i remember i liked them! < it kinda stinks to cuz i feel so bad!! waahhh! ♥
