I have a normal piercing in my ears, I dont want to stretch it out.. but theres this pair I want but theyre 16g. Could I put those in or are they too big?

Normal ones come in 18g but don't worry a 16 won't really stretch them. Liek no one will be able to tell, not even you, it looks no different so buy them because it'll look cool. And if you're still worried about your holes being bigger, once you take them out your holes will go back to an 18 so yeah.. buy them :)

You shouldn't even feel a difference since it is so small. Most people are pierced with an 18, but a 16 won't be a problem.

I have body piercings that are between 10 and 12g. if you put in a larger gauge and then go back to the smaller guage the hole will go back. I haven't had any problems with "streaching"; and 16g is really small so you should be alright in my opinion.
