I'm a construction worker... not at all gay. In fact, I may lean to the homophobic side. I just like the way panties feel when I'm wearing them. So when I let it be known that I wear panties all the time, I was "let go" the next day for being to much of a wierdo. Is this legal?

If your story is true, then I don't think you should have been fired. It's not up to anyone else what you wear under your clothes.

Like I said, if it's true, contact the Department of Labor.

That's sexy. Haha. But no, I don't think you should have been fired. You sound quirky and that's kinda cool. I mean, then if I say that I sleep on my couch a lot instead of my nice fluffy king size bed am I a weirdo??? Yeah, kind of. Should I be let go for that? No! And if they are offended by that, then how are they not offended by being alive...with all the offensive obscenities in our society?????? They must be very square! Do your thing and wear your panties if that's what you want! It's your life!!!

Uh........No. it doesn't matter what you wear it matter on how you do your job. How I will see if it a problem if you go to work wearing women clothes that people can see like a dress or high heel shoes or something, but the panties no. Some men do like the feel of women clothes on them, it does not mean they are gay. Women like to wear men clothes so do that mean we are gay if we wear men clothes. Get a lawyer or let you ex-boss know that's it not legal and show you were it states that if you wear women underwear you will get fire.

Hope this help

Yes!!!

I mean, going around telling everybody what underwear you are wearing is a huge distraction on the job.

I mean, I work with all kind of people including gay ones, and nobody comes to me and says, "Rostov, I'm wearing white boxer shorts today".

Discussing the underwear you have on, is best kept for your lover on the phone. At work, its not appropriate, especially in a job where half the guys can beat you up.

(You were likely really being fired for telling people about your underwear.)

Not sure but I think that maybe the fact that you shared this information in your workplace may be the reason for the firing. It's like sharing sexual habits with your co-workers---which is wrong and a good reason in my book to be reported.

Yeah. Your employers aren't under any legal obligation to give you a job. That's too bad, but it's the truth. If they weren't cruel to you about it then it's their decision, not yours.

And how did they know you were wearing women's underwear, anyway?

I'm not sure of the legality of you being fired, but that subject has no business in the workplace.

i do not placed on panties, i imagine it really is more advantageous gentle with out them. I definitely don't be conscious of the thanks to get your spouse to no longer placed on them. My husband needs me to placed on them he says it really is sexier even as women individuals placed on panties

NO ITS NOT LEGAL, ITS WEIRD THAT ANYONE WOULD HAVE KNOWN YOU WERE WEARING THEM. WHAT WAS YOUR REASON FOR TELLING? THAT IS THE CRUX OF THE MATTER!!!
