I was at work and talking and another person I dont talk to was just listening to eveything I was saying, but I didnt care bcuz we never talk, what thought come to mind that when the other person was just looking at me and listeing to what i was telling the other person, What could they possibly be thinking?

It depends on the content of your talk and the personal views of this other person. If you had completely offended this person, it is unlikely (s)he would hang around and listen to more of the same.

Too bad we can't all read minds, but I don't think I would enjoy this skill.

You said you didn't care if the other person listened in on your conversation, so why trouble yourself with what they were thinking. Yes, it's rude for one to eavesdrop, or listen in on another's conversation with someone else, but this person did, and you didn't turn to that listener and ask him/her what they wanted, which would have made him/ her realize they were listening in and should move on.

Probably about how rude you were by not stopping and acknowledging the addition of another person to the conversation.

Maybe what you were saying was super interesting so they got hooked on the conversation. I would take it as a compliment.
