Whenever I have had that problem I found its been the later time of the two. (When you sign up for the draft it lists the correct time, but if you want it listed on your Yahoo Calendar it lists the time as being 3 hours earlier - not sure if the server is on the west coast or something like that.)

The same thing is going on with me. I have asked Yahoo morethan once and they assure me to go with the time that is on the league page and not with the countdown clock.
Our draft is tomorrow so I hope that they're right!

Don't go by the countdown time found on your team page. Click on league and on top you'll find the scheduled time. The same thing happened to me. The scheduled time is correct.
