If it's a work related disagreement, all you can really do is to meet with your manager in a one-on-one and try to explain to him why you hold a different opinion than he does about whatever issue it is. Bring as much evidence as you can to back up your point of view. Try to lay out your case calmly and rationally. Ultimately, he's your manager so he gets the final call.
If it's a personell related matter, such as feeling you weren't treated properly on your review, you were unfairly passed over for promotion,etc. then it's a little different. First, meet with your manager to discuss the disagreement. Again, remain calm and rational. If that fails you can try to meet with his manager. Failing that you can try to talk to your HR rep, but HR is unlikely to care all that much as long as nothing illegal is going on.

make it in a private place explain why your viewa are different but don't forget to keep eye contact and try not to fiddle he could see this as being nervous good luck
