From what I can see, you're going to be somewhat limited in choice of graphics card as the motherboard in your computer only has PCI slots. (Please note that this is NOT the same as PCI-e video cards ... the latest incarnation.)
I believe you're going to have to look on sites such as eBay for such a card as most computer shops will no longer stock PCI graphics cards. (Since their incarnation, there have been AGP and now PCI-e cards.)
I don't have the manual for your particular motherboard, so I'm not sure whether you'll need to disable the onboard graphics in the BIOS, or whether this will be done automatically when you insert a new graphics card.
Whatever card you decide on, please be aware that it will probably not be fast enough to play the latest games.
As for sound cards, there are many PCI sound cards available, many of which will, no doubt, suit your needs. Most computer stores should stock sound cards.
If it's simply a matter of obtaining drivers for the sound and video cards already installed (on-board) in your computer, see the following link for downloads.
