The best way to learn is practice, practice, practice and it probably wont be easy, most people who draw well have been doing so since they were very young so you have lots of catching up to do. No website can teach you how to draw. There is a good book called 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain' by Betty Edwards you might want to take a look at, it has exercises which help teach your brain the things needed to draw well. Maybe join a beginners class? Also try to draw from real life, things in front of you or from imagination and memory, don't fall into the trap of copying from photographs.

not even the best manuals can make you draw REALLY good in just a cinch when you're a beginner. practice and patience is the key to it. have some references, experiment with different mediums, be inspired by other people.. you'll get there.
