It's definitely A or D, School psychologists receive a lot of training on issues such as bullying, sexual pressure, drug and alcohol temptations, etc. My answer, however would be social psychology which is dedicated to studying the behavior of groups and the forces that shape their behavior. Many studies in social psychology have examined peer influence. One you could take a look at is Asch's conformity study, http://www.age-of-the-sage.org/psychology/social/asch_conformity.html
which explains a great deal about how easily people are led astray by peer pressure. There have been, in one form or another hundreds if not thousands of social psychology studies that investigate the idea of peer influence, and if you're interested i would highly recommend checking out the work of Albert Bandura.
