My Betta tank that has adults in it has the same PH level as my Betta fries tank, it is 7.6 also, should I put PH down in it or leave it alone also.

Leave it alone. 7.6 isn't bad for bettas and trying to move it will cause stress for the fish for no reason.

Leave it alone in both tanks. Messing with it almost always does more harm than good. It will cause the PH to fluctuate, stressing your fish.
