I read that guinea pigs only have 2 nipples.. but I think mine may have 3. Either that or it's a belly button. He has his 2 normal nipples.. but he has an other one right in between them, it kind of creeps me out. Any suggestions as to what this may be, and do you think it's something to worry about.

Deformities. But if more than one of your guinea pigs have 3, I suggest you count again!

my guinea pig had 4 i think of, she gave beginning to 4 healthful toddlers, i've got been given her and yet another male(she replace into vet checked and meant to be male.) i undergo in strategies her having 4 nipples, in keeping with risk they only have 2-4 nipples for all piggies. wish i helped!

Are you sure its a male. And do you have more that one male guinea pig if so you might have a female and she just might have grown another nipple because she is preganent and will soon give birth.

i think so there are 3 nipples , 2 normal nipples , but the no 3 not in between it is in defrent plase ha ha ha

Hm it could be a belly button although we had a piggie and we could feel it but not see it, I think you should take the piggie to the vet just incase.
