Pretty easy. But it'll be hard for folks to recognize you, because there is really any way to dress like a star. Maybe dye your hair a dirty blonde that day. Wear a streched long sleeve with some words maybe like "Dream" or some fun words. Don't over do the color, green or brown or dark blue is good. Then wear some cargo pants with all those pockets. Try to find some that are bigger at the ends. As for shoes, just gym shoes are fine.
It's pretty cool that you have celeb day at school. Hope people will notice you!

Find a picture of her, and go pick out something cheaper that looks like her. You may need a wig if you have short hair.

if your talking makeup that would have to be alot of eyeliner another thing is tight pants she wears those a lot and just like shirts with like rock stuff on them or skulls
