I don't believe there have been any announcements on Kingdom Hearts 3 as of yet. If I could guess when they might announce something, though... I'd guess sometime in the fall or winter this year, or maybe in the summer, after the release of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix.

No but I did see something about a New Kingdom Hearts for the Wii with nintendo characters added to the mix.
