I'm interested in taking whey protein supplements. I'm 15 and I life weights 4 or 5 times a week. Is it safe? Does it stunt my growth or anythin like that?

no it will not stunt your growth, but you will break most of it down. Your body has no storage method for amino acids, so they are converted to fatty acids or carbohydrates, which in large amounts contribute to fat deposition and wieght gain. You can save your money at GNC (which is really a rip off) and just eat a balanced diet, and at most add in a protein bar or shake after a workout.

I reccomend you seriously lift weights 2-3 times a week as you need time to rest and repair you muscles... But yes it is safe. Try taking casein protein supplements before bedtime and before workouts also.

No; protein shakes will not stunt your growth. They'll help you bulk up as you work out.
