does anyone know how to lift the giant stone hand off the bird? I attack the fingers, but they lift up for a second, and slam right back down...

With a little more specification: You need to complete the level first, after you have gotten the wind bow and have released/killed prometheus you will be granted "Rage of the Titan's" which is the L3 and R3 move that makes your attacks more powerful. Start Rage of the Titans by the pinky then move down the hand lifting each finger, jump up do the thumb and Pegasus will be released...just keep in mind that you do have to be somewhat fast as the Titan will drop his fingers back eventually and your rage of the Titans might run out. Just keep hitting them the fastest way is to go from the pinkie to the Thumb and use your God Rage you need to do it fast or he will bring his fingers down
Make sure they are up all the way or they will come down faster

You have to continue on in the cave. You acquire a skill that will allow you to do MUCH more damage. Don't want to tell you more and ruin it. ;)
