How do l make designs on a website?

Okay, my mom has an Avon website, and she wants me to do designs on it, (like falling easter eggs for Easter). How would I do this. Please be as detailed as possible, or if you can find me a tutorial, that would be great.

take a look at www.dynamicdrive.com they have all kinds of scripts and I know they have a falling image script that would probably do the trick.

A Macromedia Set of Software will help you.

User Macromedia Dreamweaver for the page layout and Macromedia Flash for the embed clips.
