You can't travel back in time. But, if you want to travel forward in time, take a nap.

U pray. You can't travel "in time." However, the notion that by traveling faster you slow aging is true; if you travel closer to the speed of light than humans, you will "cheat" time b/c time goes slower for you b/c you're traveling at a faster speed (I forgot the exact explanation/equation, but I know that it's called time dilation). This is based on the theory of special relativity, and the fact that two events simultaneous to one observer may not be simultaneous to a second observer (I still remember that exact statement from my textbook).
Cool, huh?

You are traveling in time right now. You are moving forward through time as you live your life. We are time travelers just by existing.

Travel at an extremely high velocity. Time will pass much more slowly for you than for people not moving.

theoretically you can go back in time, through alternate dimensions by supernovas, which creat vast amount of energy, also if you can survive a black hole. If you do go back in time, technically you can change the future, but you cant exist.
