The Sims 2 Seasons?

is it just me or have the last two sims 2 expansion packs been kind of a disappointment

I personally loved the Sims 2 Pets! I love getting a dog and making puppies! Especially all the objects that come with the expansion pack. Here's some info about Seasons:
1. Benefit from Each Season:
Seasons impact your Sims' relationships, moods, wants, and fears, neat right!?
2. There's now 6 more Careers!
3. And there's plant sims!

Personally i dont think any of them are disapointments.
Seasons- Give you sims a chance to play and explore real weather instead of going threw the same thing everyday with green grass and blu skies. This expansion pack changes things up.

Pets- Who doesnt love animals? Your sims get the same chance and sure you might have to train them and take care of them but we have to do that with the people 2.

I feel that they both expanded what our sims can do. It changes things up so the game doesnt get boring after a while.

pets was a bit of a bother, but added a new dimension to the game. i really like seasons, its simple enough to play, doesn't require too much effort, but adds a great new dimension to the game

i personally like seasons, but i can see where u r coming from with both

in pets, u r can't control the pets and they r pretty much just there so that u can have a few interactions w/ them but nothing much else
