Okay so i like this boy and he likes me to.
But the only problem is he is really shy! '
The only time he talks 2 me if throught texting.....
What should i do to get him out of his shell and talk 2 me??

Just spend more time around him. Get to know him before making any moves. "You can be friends and then lovers, but never lovers and then friends" Move too fast and make a mistake, and you can't go back, or atleast not easily. Once you're comfortable, you'll really know if you do infact like him and from there you can see what you need to do next.

Wow, that's so weird because the same exact thing happened to me! I think that you should offer to hang out with him sometime. That's what started it all out for me. If he's shy, I wouldn't try to call him on the phone! That definitely leads to awkward silences!

look if he likes you back, it should be very easy for you to go up to him and talk.Dont be afraid just remember he likes you back.Just talk to him and once it becomes really easy for him to talk to you, its time to move on to the next level

talk to him, but not with many people in presence because he would get nervous and maybe if you tell him that you like him, he will be more confident...

He might be sensitive so invite him some place and you can meet him there and try to interact with him.
