I used to watch that trash after morning cartoons on the weekends. Anybody have any good memories of pre-monday night wrestling?

OMG yes! ive been watching wrestling for a long time and I can still remember when all the wrestlers were on the same show and it was less difficult bc it was just face and heel characters, there was no in between, you were either good or evil. But those days are long gone now and i like wrestling the way it is but its cool to say that i remember the way it used to be.

you mean the good ol' days when they actually had decent matches in the late 80s with Saturday Night Main Event and early to mid 90s Sunday Show(forget what it's called) or the Sunday Night Heat where the no names and forever midcarders would compete. I used to watch the Sat. and Sun. show when it was the late 80s to the mid 90s when it had the main eventers involved with the midcarders also, but with RAW and then Smackdown(Nitro and Thunder for WCW) I just stopped caring about those shows b/c there was never any match worth watching on those shows in my opinion b/c it had just no names, washed up has beens, and forever midcarders and none of the guys like the Rock and Bret Hart that I wanted to see.

I also used to watch it. I have always like Monday Night Raw better, especially when Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan were the commentators. Monsoon was one of the best commentators of all time.

I believe it was on Superstars that Michaels gave Marty Jannety Sweet Chin Music (back then it was only known as a superkick) and then threw him through the "window". One of the many images from wrestling that will never leave my mind.

Sure, but that was mainly matches from earlier in the week. Like Sunday Night Heat, it didn't last.

I USED TO WATCH IT ALL THE TIME, BUT NOW IT'S GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE IT'S JUST NOT THE SAME SINCE THEY CHANGED IT TO WWE. THE ROCK AND STONE COLD AND THE UNDERTAKER, THE HARDY BOYS, EDGE AND THE REST OF THE CREW OH, AND LETS NOT FORGET CHYNA THE ONE AND ONLY CHYNA. I NAMED MY DOG AFTER HER. BOY DO YOU BRING BACK SOME GOOD OLD MEMORIES.
THANKS FOR THE HAPPY THOUGHTS....
