ISN'T EVEN A MAN WHEN HE ACTS LIKE THAT. I HAVE BEEN THERE AND I DIVORCED HIM. I PUT HIM IN JAIL ALSO. MEN ARE NOTHING BUT COWARDS, TO HIT A WOMAN, IT TAKES A GOOD MAN TO WALK AWAY
AND CONTROL HIS TEMPER.

Only a man who is a coward would hit his wife! Only a woman who is a fool would put up with this kind of treatment! If it is really in self defense.....maybe! It would be a rare occasion when a man cannot just walk away! I have taught my sons NEVER to hit a woman because they are weaker physically! This does not mean she is weaker mentally! She has the ability to get up and call the police and leave! God did not create women to be punching bags for men! If you are not safe, leave! Do not stay in a death trap waiting to happen!

Well, if they are trained boxers and they are sparring... Or in pre-agreed upon circumstance, possibly a sport where she is expected to hit back, or first, with equal force to equally vulnerable places. If she is holding a gun to his head, or physically threatening his life he may hit her in self defence. He'd better be able to prove the self defence. Under normal circumstances a husband who hits his wife has anger control problems and needs counciling.

NEVER...And I mean NEVER!!! Men who hit women are cowards and would be afraid to fight another man out of fear of getting their @$$e$ kicked!
This goes both ways however. A woman should never be able to hit her husband. If she does, however, men need to realize that they are the stronger species and walk away or simply restrain a woman by holding her arms.

Men who hit women. ANY WOMEN are useless pieces of s#*t A man should never hit a women unless she's got a knife or a weapon and is trying to kill him. men hit women because they have low self esteem and they are trying to make themselves feel bigger by putting there wife/ girlfriends down by hitting them and calling them names and making them think that they can never do any better then them.

Sure why not...that is if he doesn't value his life! She should then plug him with a shot to the side of the head in self defense.
