.......scroll up and down in a current record instead of between records in a Microsoft Access form?

From within the application, have you tried clicking the scroll button by pushing down on it within the record itself? Beyond that, perhaps try highlighting a portion of the record, then click it with the pointer inside the area.

If that still doesn't work, it may not be possible, Idk...
