address bar in home page has a search history stored and I want to remove all web listings viewed

I tried your suggestion and it didn't work.
All website entries still show in drop down on home page.

go to history (the clock with green arrow in IE) right click the item and delete. or (control panel) -> (internet options) -> delete history

you can clear up the list of those visited web sites by clicking on tools tab on your Internet Explorer page, select internet options.. under general, you may click on clear history button and that should erased all those sites...

ir you are on Internet Explorer 7.0, you may locate your tools tab on the upper right hand corner of your page then select internet options again.. under general tab, click on delete tab and on the next window, just click on the clear history button...

or you can also go to your start menu then select control panel... then double click on internet options then under general tab, just do the same thing --- click on clear history button...

on the coolest bar opt for - kit, information superhighway strategies - delete your momentary information superhighway information and sparkling your information superhighway history. Then opt for the content fabric tab, click on vehicle complete and uncheck all 3 vehicle complete containers. which will sparkling them and save them from coming decrease back.
