Well, if you are in a committed relationship and you give another man oral sex, then I class that as infedility. You may not actually have sex, but you are preferring to be intimate with another man. If you have never had intercourse and only given oral sex to maintain your virginity, then no, oral sex does not count as sex. It is an intimate encounter regardless of anything and I guess it depends on your situation as to whether you count it as sex. Like I said, if you are in a committed relationship and you have had oral sex with someone else, then yes, you have had sex...you have betrayed the trust of your husband. Physically speaking though, you havent had sex....there was no penetration, but you definitely have been intimate with the man.

I guess to an extent it's sex. Either you do that and then it leads to sex or if you just want to make him happy just leave it at a BJ.

Yes. It's called oral sex. You can also catch any disease your partner has, the same as having vaginal sex. Use a condom for that type sex also.

Does it involve ejaculation/orgasm?
Well then it is sex. It's a specific type of sex (oral sex) among other specific types (anal sex, digital sex, dry humping etc) and that means that it falls into the category of "general sex"
