I am going to an MCR concert in may! I am very exited and I would love to meet the band. Where should I go or what should I do to get the best chance of meeting them?

Wait around for them after the show

I've met Bob and gotten glimpses of Mikey and Ray before, at MCR shows. The best way it meet them is to wait around the back before and after the show near where their tour buses are. There will probably be security guards and a lot of other people there as well. Be realistic however when your waiting, chances are Gerard is going to be hard to find since he is the most famous of the band and probably doesn't like being mobbed 24/7. Also, check if they are gonna be doing any other promo events, like a radio appearance, usually there are less people there and it's a lot easier to meet the band. Also, be sure you have something for them to sign and possibly something to sign with! Good luck!

Sleep with their tour manager.
Failing that, hang outside by the buses at the end of the gig (you can usually find you way around to the gated entrance). If you're lucky and are polite (that means no, "OMG I want your babies!" then they might come over and sign some stuff and say hello.)

all the times i've met bands i waited around after the concert for 15 minutes or so and they just come out, or wait by the back doors.
