I am due to have this baby with no luck. My question is does Castor oil really work and if so how quick? Did it work for you? Please Share!

Castor oil can be dangerous. Talk to your doctor before you try anything other than walking or sex.

DO NOT USE CASTOR OIL! It can cause the baby to have a bowel movement in the womb, which can cause SERIOUS problems for mom and baby!

Yes, I did, but it was the night before my due date, never use it to go into labor early. I took about 2-3 tablespoons every couple hours. I did it about 3 times. I used iced tea (my flavor of the moment) and I went in to labor about 12 hours later. I never had cramps or diahreah (spelling sorry?) but some say they did, but I didn't use that much either, so maybe that is why. Just don't use it unless you are really due, you don't want to force your body into labor early. Also try walking and sex, sperm softens your cervix and orgasm can cause contractions.

No. What works best is doing what got the baby there in the first place.
