Brady Quinn
Oakland's new coach used to be USC's Offensive Coordinator and he will definitely take Quinn after watching him scramble halfway down the field. Quinn's a better passer than Russell and he's definitely not as slow as he's thought to be. Quinn almost beat USC the other year and Reggie Bush had to push Matt Leinart into the end zone to save them. No coach is going to choose not to take a guy who was such a problem for him at his last job.
Quinn's too good not to take number 1.
Russell may develop into a Daunte Culpepper clone. That's not a bad thing, but I don't think too many people would have spent a number one pick on Daunte Culpepper in 1999.

It will be Russel from LSU. The raiders need a QB something awful and Matt Shaub is not available as this is the last year for the Michael" I can't read defense or throw accurately"Vick.
If Vick can't figure those 2 things out Shaub will be starting and Vick will be returning punts or something like that. And Stanton is athletic but not a franchise QB.

I believe it is most likely WR Calvin Johnson out of GT will be the first pick. The signs are pointing that Moss will be traded to Green Bay Packers by the week of draft day.
Don't be surprised to see if they draft Drew Stanton in Round 2 or trade for Matt Schaub, backup to Michael Vick.

I depends on 2 things. 1) If the the Raiders trade Randy Moss and 2) If they find a veteran QB. If either of those happens I think they will take WR Calvin Johnson. 6'5", 235, 4.38 40-time. If they keep Moss and don't find a QB, they will take QB Jamarcus Russell.

The first pick overall will be JaMarcuss Russel because the Oakland Raiders are in need of a francise player and a good QB to led that team. If the Raiders do get Russel, I think that Randy Moss will like to play the game and not want to be traded. also i think that the Raiders, if they get JaMarcuss Russel, they wont be afraid to get better players!
