Just imitate her style. All punk-rockerish and heavy-eye linerish.
WHERE TO BUY:
Clothes - Any Rocker store like West49
Makeup- Anything that sells good eye liner
Accesories- Bangles and rocker cuffs from Claire's

Avril Lavine ad Lilly Allen have tow different styles. If you want to dress like Avril go to stores like Hot Topic. Avril tends to wear alot of white tops with black pants that are too big for her. She also pairs alot of her outfits with chains. Lilly Allen wears alot of dresses paired with leggings and heels, she also wears chunky jewlrey that you can find at alot of vintage stores. To get dresses like Lilly wears go to the store Charolette Russe or Kiss. Try to put in some personal details as well, copy cating celebreties is stealing in my opinion

Find an emo store. Why the hell would you want to dress up like those freaks? Are you trying to get laughed at? Those little biotches need help fast. They are the most depressing little snot face brats I have ever seen in my life. Buy something black and put your hair in your face and say "nobody likes me" all day and people will start to understand who you are. Can't you find anyone cute to dress up as?

Take your regular clothes and then run over them with a lawn mower.
