I've done a spyware, rootkit, and viris check, as well as clearted my audio loop files. So far, nada. Its saying something about numbers... its pretty hard to hear, but its annoying when im trying to listen to music or something. Any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it?

You don't by any chance use Logitech speakers?

If so I suggest you email me as I have a document concerning the recall of certain speakers including most logitech 5.1 systems. The matter of fact i Logitech speakers (as well as others) pick up radio wave frequency in the satellites (speaker units).

You should keep the speakers at least a meter away from all wireless devices such as phones, microwaves and blue tooth devices. This included wireless keyboards and mice. The speakers should also be 30 cm away from the screen.

If not I would:

Ensure the speakers are plugged in fully
That you have downloaded the latest sound card drivers.

I hope this helps.

2 things to check, one is make sure the PC is not located near one of your home stereo spear ks or equipment. The second thing, it might be a local Ham radio operator. That might be a little hard to track down. I would suspect you would see and hear some of the same on your TV.
