Honda Accord 1997 wagon, 2 wndshld/wshr pumps. Both stopped. Good fuses, pumps, water lines. What's left?

I took it apart twice, checked all fuses, ran pumps from jumpers, hoses work. Manual says nothing. Front pump motor doesn't make noise when triggered. Rear motor runs but doesn't pump when in car, but pumps out of car.

The nozzles are very likely clogged with debris. The front pump is likely shorted and needs replacing. It may or not be available separately from the front washer reservoir.

Have you checked power and ground at the pump you may have a faulty switch or and open in the wiring.
