Jupiter is mostly composed of gases that form gigantic clouds. One of the biggest storms is a hurricane like storm called the Great Red Spot which is larger than the earth and has lasted so far for over 300,000 years. Needless to say, there is also a lot of lightning happening all over the planet from these storms.
You can see a movie of the Great Red Spot and the clouds moving at: http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap001123.html
A picture of lightning on Jupiter can be found at:

In 1953, the Miller-Urey experiment demonstrated that a combination of lightning and the chemical compounds that existed in the atmosphere of a primordial Earth could form organic compounds (including amino acids) that could serve as the building blocks of life. The simulated atmosphere included water, methane, ammonia and molecular hydrogen; all molecules still found in the atmosphere of Jupiter. However, the atmosphere of Jupiter has a strong vertical air circulation, which would carry these compounds down into the lower regions. The higher temperatures within the interior of the atmosphere breaks down these chemicals, which would hinder the formation of Earth-like life.[82]
It is considered highly unlikely that there is any Earth-like life on Jupiter, as there is only a small amount of water in the atmosphere and any possible solid surface deep within Jupiter would be under extraordinary pressures. However, in 1976, before the Voyager missions, it was hypothesized[83][84] that ammonia- or water-based life could evolve in Jupiter's upper atmosphere. This hypothesis is based on the ecology of terrestrial seas which have simple photosynthetic plankton at the top level, fish at lower levels feeding on these creatures, and marine predators which hunt the fish

I've seen a lot of questions from you on Jupiter, and rather than ask in YA you might find more information researching the planet online.
wikipedia is a good source, as is astronomy.com and nasa.gov. You'll find a lot of other sites that have good detailed information on various astronomical subjects, and since Jupiter is the largest planet in our system there is a lot of information out there.
As for this question, I don't think there is an answer. It sounds like you're asking what people do there - and since there are no people (as far as we know) its impossible to answer.
But if you mean chemical activity, there is photolysis of the atmospheric gases (methane and ammonia) at the tops of the atmosphere as well as convection currents circulating the atmosphere.

With the weather patterns moving in opposite directions like they do I would imagine that ballooning would be a popular activity on Jupiter. Just imaging that doing balloon slingshots around the Great Red Spot.

The Skiiing is really fine, I've heard. Seriously, There's nothing going on up there but a whole bunch of *really* nasty weather. Oh, and Jupiter sucks up a buch of debris that might otherwise hit the Earth....

ought to have? surely accessible. some people believe in an exogenesis - the position life in the international definitely began in area, and primitive DNA fell to the planet on an asteroid. So the life variety ought to have started on yet another planet. i don't believe of it really is accessible that life advanced, two times, one at a time, so interior sight - it really is too not likely. yet in the journey that they were appropriate, it really is accessible. yet there is no longer yet any information. they are seeking liquid water on Jupiter's and Saturn's moons, and in the journey that they locate any then life ought to spawn. it really is nonetheless in the pipeline.

whatever you read about Jupiter is false.
the truth is that life does exist on the planet, but because
their techonology is so much advanced they do not like to
share it with premitives,so the have created a massive
blanket of mild gases/smoke screen to keep possible visitors away.
