Keep her hydrated. Rhea needs to run its course, no pun intended.
As for the rawness, there's a baby cream that heals the skin. Don't remember the name but it's in the diaper isle.

Caldesene Powder. If you have never listened to advise on Yahoo before, please take this advise. It's a miracle power, you will not be disappointed. I got mine at CVS. Check local drugs stores. It will work!!!! It comes in a pink bottle with a shaker top, has a nice scent & works wonders. It costs about $5.00+. This will only help the rash on her bottom, not cure the diahrea of course. Call you doctor regarding that.

You should contact your/her doctor and find out from him what to do. Usually, the age of the child helps determine what to give them. About the rash, an ointment called "diaperine" is the best thing I know of for a diaper rash.

You need to be carefull with your child. Their organisn is more sensible then us adults. I would recommend that you wash your hands everytime you touch your child. Also, keep your child under liquids (like pedialite, juices and/or sprite) only for two or three days. If the child doesn't get better take the baby to the doctor. If you change her right away and clean the baby gently, the baby should be okay.

Give her Pedialyte for sure to replace the electrolytes that she has lost from it. You do not want her to get dehydrated. Dehydration is deadly for babies.
For diaper rash (don't laugh) Boudreauxs Butt Paste!! Seriously! It works great for my 9 month old son. I swear by it.
Please though get her Pedialyte (or store brand pediatric electrolyte solution which is about 50% cheaper than the name brand. Both work the same.)
Good luck and I hope she gets well soon.

Vitamin A&D ointment and zinc oxide ointment for the chafing and make sure you keep her hydrated. Pediasure is the best. It's like gatorade for babies. Whatever you do, don't give her pepto bismol or anything you would take yourself.

You can give her pedialyte or a tablespoon of pepto bismol. She should be ok after using pedialyte that what I give to my nieces when they have diahrea.

well give her pedyalite and get her to the doc as she can become severely dehydrated..... also use desitin ointment ...it works the best and wash the baby powder off first as it will cause more problems

probably nothing because diahrea stops in a couple of days unless you are truly sick.
