bleach in the wash water, vinegar on the spot for a few minutes then wash in warm water. You could also try scrubbing in a baking soda paste then washing in warm water. Do not use hot water because sometimes this just sets the stain instead of taking it out. Some people also swear by Oxy-Clean. Trial and error. Just make sure you do not put the garment in the dryer until you are sure the stain is gone. The heat from the dryer WILL set a stain.

Make a mixture of ammonia and laundry detergent then apply that to your stains: it gets yellow marks out every time. Let the mixture sit on the stains for 15 minutes, then wash it.
If you don't have the stuff needed to make the ammonia mixture, try some hydrogen peroxide. Pour the peroxide on the dry garment, get the spots good and wet. Let it sit for about 10 minutes then wet it down again, then wash it.
I have found the ammonia/detergent works better than just bleach in the wash. You can always try that new Clorox Premium Bleach. It's so gentle it can be put directly on the fabric to treat stains. As a bonus it doesn't smell as nasty as regular bleach, and it doesn't look like regular bleach either. It's quite thick and white, not clear.
Hope you get your stains out!!

try Dryel its a home stain removing dry cleaning kit found in the stain remover section of grocery and other stores by the detergents. I took the remover on a 26 hour flight with 3 children and it removed orange juice, red punch, mustard and black marks. I also used it on an old shirt with a blood stain and it came out. try it its the best thing I ever found.
