Disagree. The prime of a athelete is around the early 30's. There will always be younger players who are slighty faster/stronger. But the advanced skillset isn't there yet.
Tons of examples are seen from any major sports around the globe from the NBA, soccer, cylcing, NFL, etc.

I beg to disagre with you as age should not be a criteria for selection, but the talent and experience should also be conwsidered. If you see the Australian Team, which has been dominating the world cricket for the last couple of years you will find that their top performers have been the players of over 30 years of age.

lol.. you think its that easy to select a team with young player? Then why they need professional selector for a team? Few senior players are needed as they have previous experiences. And to guied the team.. they are very crucial. You can't always make it a Junior world cup.. lol They have to select from every aspect. Keeping their opponents game style they have to choose the bowler ,...fielders.. batsman..blah blah..

i disagree
cuz youth is good but u need to have experienced players to guide and teach the young team same time when they are playing
that would be a good combination
and by putting everyone under 24 would be risk in international team
look whats happening to zimbabwean team when they got reselected when all the players from the past had to retire due to the robert mugabe's ( zimbabwean president) policies
back zimbabwe was weak but they were kinda team who can beat anyone in their prime with people like Andy Flower, Heath Streak but now entire Zimbabwean team in under 26
so i would say its a risk

In india a boy grows up slowly and because of that he gets involved in a sport seriously only when he is about twenty. So I would say that thirty should be the age limit for any professional player.
