Can you use a acrylic paint when painting it? Or do you have to use spray paint?

Spray paint is preferred by most people since people usually use stencils as well when they paint their boards. Besides, spray paint is so much faster and gives a more uniform coat of paint.

I just use spray paint for it. I've never tried acrylic on a skate board, so I can't tell you if it works or not.

I am pretty sure you can use both, and some companies have been realeasing boards with normal paint on them. I think anything like that will work as long as it makes it slide. If you don't want to paint it you could cover it in stickers. Those work just as well.
