i know a few... i use them fairly often
the obvious : ctrl+c = copy / ctrl+v = paste
if you hit the Microsoft button, then d, it minimizes all windows and goes to desktop
if you hit the Microsoft button, then tab, it flips through all your open programs
if you hit the Microsoft button, then m, it also minimizes all windows
like you said alt f4 closes the window
F5 refreshes the window
F10 is like the alt button
F1 is help
F3 is the find command
F11 gets rid of that blue bar at the top of the Internet window
if you're filling out an on line form, tab goes through all the slot thingies (name:*tab* goes to age or w.e)
i think that's it... that's all the ones i use. the other ones are fairly obvious... like backspace or delete :P:P

I find the tab and alt key useful for certain navigation tricks, the backspace is the same as going back one page in the Internet, alt-tab is useful for switching between applications (more so with full-screen apps).
Ctrf + F is find (or search) for some text within a page.
and the rest of the guys mentioned a good lot.
