it happens all the time. I hate that.
Another thing equally annoying is when you go to yawn and it won't come out either.
I do agree with the other person, looking at a bright source of light(esp the sun) will make the sneeze come out.I have no idea why this works but it does. hmmm interesting...good observation!

OMG just as i was reading this, ive got a sneeze and it wont come out how weird is that, thought only yawning was contagious

very hasnt happened in a while. Normally I do a fake sneeze so that I dont look like a fool.

i have hayfever and when i start sneezing i cant stop,
my mum counted 27 once before i sneezed so hard i hit my head off the sink...
that stopped them for some reason?
i love it when a sneeze wont come out its a relief!

EXTREMELY IRRITATING. Luckily I can't remember the last the time it happened to me. But when it does, I just look at a light source usually that helps.

it happens to me all the time and it is VERY irritating! try looking at a bright light or digging your fingernail into that bit inside your nose between your nostrils - that always makes me sneeze!

Ah when it happens look up at a light bulb (which is currently switched on) and it makes you sneeze. It's the oddest thing and it's probably the act of tilting your neck that wiggles it loose but it works!!!!!!!

When I'm in that position I just think about strippers. This forces the sneeze. You see, sexual frustration makes you sneeze. [I kid you not].
