stress is a likely factor in a period. If you have always been on time and the test all show negative then it is likely you are not pregnant. If you do not begin in another week or so Go to your doc. A good way to regulate your period through stress and all is the old fashion one a day birthcontrol pills. My doc prescribed them to me and I had a tubal. They also make the cramps more tollerable and help with any acne problems or mood swings you may have.

Yep,stress has caused me to actually skip a month before...Stress weight gain, weight loss etc can all cause u to be delayed even by weeks or miss a whole cycle...If the tests came back negative after 5 days of your missed period, chances are u are not pregnant....good luck..

A lot of different things can cause a late or sometimes irregular menstrual periods. You could also have polycystic ovarian disease (not as bad as it sounds) which your doctor may treat with hormones. I would see my gyno if the problem persists to r/o any abnormalities gynecologically. Some women may have only 1-2 periods a year and some may have one every three weeks. Everyone's cycle is different so discuss it with your doctor. Further, he/she may prescribe birth control pill for you to help regulate your menses.

your cycle is probably messed up, if a test at 5 days late is still showing negative then you are probably not pregnant. Try to relax a little and that may help things along.

It is very possible for stress to affect your menstrual cycle. See your doctor and make sure, if all 5 tests were negative chances are your not pregnant.

You can, in fact, skip an entire period...it's rare, but it happens. It can also come very late, which is also rare, but happens.
