Not at all...It's a great place for artists and bands to get exposure to promote themselves by making their music readily available and keep their fans updated on their gigs for free.

No. I do not believe myspace itself is bad. what IS bad is the people who get on there and decide to give away all the identifying info anyone could ever need to find them. Like their pic, their age , hometown , where they work,go to school, how much they weigh, height & etc.I have a page but I am ultra careful not to put anything on it that could put me in danger. If used in the right ways it can be a very fun source of contacting friends, keeping up with bands, and making new friends!

Myspace is fine. If you are concerned about it, then set up your account and make sure you have to approve all comments. This way people wont be putting bad things in your page. Thats how mine is setup. Have Fun!

no, myspace is not bad. but...you have got to be careful..for there are idiots out there.
so, dont give out any personal information like ur last name, address, or the school you go to. set your profile to private, so only your friends can view it. set it up to where the people who want to be your friends, have to know your last name.
you have to be very cautious. if you follow my directions, it'll be safe and easy! have fun!

Ok if your talking in a parents perspective then Ofcourse it is, people looking at the information ur kids put out there.
But if you have a responsible kid that does not give out personal info and keeps their profile private then its fine.

yes because i got addicted to it! dont get me wrong it's a totally cool way to make friends & stay connected to old friends but that thing is addicting i would spend hours on the computer making my page look cool. hope this was helpful

NO, MYSPACE IS ACTUALLY ALOT OF FUN AND CAN KEEP YOU BUSY FOR HOURS ON END.
